Office and Finance Administrator

Borders Voluntary Care Voice is seeking a dynamic new part-time team member to provide administrative support for the general day-to-day work of the organisation.

We are looking for an Office and Finance Administrator to take on the smooth running of our small office.

Duties include acting a first point of contact, supporting staff and user groups, minute-taking, reception duties and assisting with financial management.

  • Based Galashiels
  • 20 hours per week
  • Salary £19,542 (pro rata, Mon-Thurs)
  • Permanent post (subject to funding)
  • PVG registration and check is required.
