Inspiring and Supporting
This year’s Activity Organisers Day took place on 17th October at Selkirk Rugby Club, with the aim of inspiring and supporting Activity Organisers from around the Borders.
As well as networking opportunities and an exercise session, there were workshops on:
- Dyslexia awareness
- Music and people with dementia
- Boccia
- Introduction to Cognitive Stimulation Therapy.
