The Reshaping Care team is holding a drop-in on Friday 22nd November, when there will be an opportunity to hear about the stories and positive outcomes that have been achieved for service users through Change Fund projects.

Staff from the third sector, NHS Borders and Scottish Borders Council (SBC) are invited to drop in between 1.30pm and 3.30pm at in the council chamber at SBC headquarters in Newtown St Boswells.

The Reshaping Care Change Fund has been delivering new and innovative approaches to supporting older people in the Scottish Borders. The aim is to support older people close to home or in a homely setting and is a partnership between NHS Borders, Scottish Borders Council, the Independent and Voluntary sector.

The drop in session aims to be informative and there will be a chance to see project displays, talk to project managers, service users and carers, and try interactive tools brought along by project representatives.
