Temporary changes are taking place in the Scottish Borders Council Welfare Benefit Service. The Welfare Benefits Service, Homelessness Service and Customer Services are currently under review.
Customers may be advised to visit their local Contact Centre/Library Contact Centre rather than be directed to a Welfare Benefits Assistant/Officer. There will no longer be an allocated Duty Worker. Further changes are likely to take place.
