A 12-week consultation period invites patients, carers, staff, partner agencies and members of the public to feed back their thoughts and views on the proposals that will ensure the future delivery of high quality healthcare to the Scottish Borders.
A series of road shows will be held over the consultation period with details of these dates becoming available on the NHS Borders website.
Closing date for responses is 6th June.
