People who are looking for work in social care can benefit from a new, free service launched by Encompass. It’s a website that offers personal assistants (PAs) – companions carers, support workers, befrienders, etc – the chance to be included on an online database that can be searched by employers. Any PA in the Scottish Borders looking for work can now register to have their information held on the database. Visit the new site.
