There are still places on the following free Borders Care Learning Network (BCLN) training courses in September:
Dementia (informed practice level)
Monday 15th September, 1pm – 4pm, Evergreen Hall, Hawick
Health Champions
Monday 22nd September, 9.30am – 12.15pm, Cornerstone, Galashiels
This training is for people with a learning disability. The trainers have completed a Health Champions course at Borders College. They will share their experience with you.
Dementia (skilled practice level)
Tuesday 23rd and 30th September, 9.30am – 4.30pm, Langlee Community Centre, Galashiels. Criteria for attendance is to have completed the 3-hour “informed practice” session.
Effective Time Management
Wednesday 24th September, 9.30am – 12.30pm, Old Gala House, Galashiels
