10.50-11.20am The carer’s story – Debbie Rutherford, Borders Carers Centre

11.20-11.40am Scottish Government priorities for carers – Moira Oliphant. Carers Policy, Scottish Government

11.40-11.55am Where we are now – Jenny Miller, Borders Voluntary Care Voice

11.55-12.30pm You can make a difference – Tommy Whitelaw, son, carer, campaigner

12.30-1.15pm Lunch
