Twenty-three projects across Scotland have received a share of £1.2 million from the Transforming Self Management in Scotland Fund to support people living with long-term conditions.
They include the Borders Carers Centre, which has received £98,915 over two years to develop a self-management programme for carers in the Borders.
Outside the Box has received £24,643 for work with older people to discuss mental health conditions and what self-management could look like for them.
The fund is managed by Alliance Scotland.
