The Borders Alcohol and Drug Partnership (ADP) has created a new role, Alcohol Development Officer (Communities), which has been filled by Claire Penny.
Working alongside the existing ADP Support Team, Claire will engage with local communities to find out if they have any concerns about the impact of alcohol locally.
Once views have been gathered, she will then work with community members to develop and implement an action plan to address these concerns.
