A new project to assess and strengthen the capacity of third sector organisations in Scotland has just been launched by Association of Chief Officers of Scottish Voluntary Organisations (ACOSVO).
Path to Impact provides access to a diagnostic tool, called the Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT). The online assessment will identify specific capacity strengths and challenges, and provide each organisation with a personalised report and a tailored programme of support.
The tool will help Chief Officers and their staff to better understand their organisation’s strengths and areas for development.Fifty organisations in Scotland will be able to access this support FREE, with ongoing assistance throughout the process. The project has been funded by the Big Lottery Fund.
