The Queen’s
Baton Relay visited the Scottish Borders on 18th June as it travels throughout the Commonwealth.
Among the local baton bearers joining the relay through Melrose was David Tawse of Peebles, a member of People First Borders and chair of the Learning Disability Alliance Scotland.
The baton holds the Queen’s message for the Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony in Glasgow.
