Scottish Commission for Learning Disability is hosting a national conference on Wednesday 23rd March, aimed at professionals and carers to support the transition of young people with learning disabilities and autism.
The day will cover subjects such as the principles of good transition, employment, guardianship, welfare rights and sensory integration. The conference will include the opportunity to hear from a range of speakers involved in the field of transition.
