BVCCF seeks to change status
At the BVCCF AGM in September, members accepted a proposal that BVCCF should look at a constitutional change and, at a subsequent meeting of the Executive Committee in October, it was agreed that the preferred legal structure would be that of a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO), a new legal form for registered Scottish charities. A new part-time administration worker has been appointed to support the BCLN. Ellen de Groot, formerly an administrator with BC Consultants days on Tuesday and Wednesday.
