Encompass offers information and support to people who have been assessed for community care support and wish to manage their own care via Self-directed Support, by taking a direct payment.

It currently has a vacancy for an Employer Support Advisor – 18 hours per week

This is a part-time post, within a small team, based in Galashiels.  You will be offering support and advice to individuals on all aspects of managing a direct payment including budgeting, recruitment and employment law advice.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

The successful candidate will be subject to PVG membership.
