A new service in Eyemouth that promotes positive mental health and wellbeing will be launched next week.
Borders Navigator has been set up by Health in Mind for the people of Eyemouth and the surrounding area.
It will be launched at at special event on Wednesday (2nd March) in Eyemouth Community Centre from 11am-3pm.
You can find out about local groups, volunteering and healthy eating, and there will be a chance to win a Bird of Prey Experience!
Tea and coffee will be available.
